   Integrative: We have a total of two onboarding models: one dedicated to beginners and one to intermediates. Both designed with the purpose of welcoming each one within their technical reality and possibilities of action.

   Comportamento Innovation Award: Comportamento Innovation Award: Every year we launch the Comportamento Innovation Award, an initiative that aims to stimulate exchange, creativity and feedback for ideas that were put into practice during the period.

   Monthly Newsletters: As we are scattered around the globe, our motivation is to not let any employee out of our Newsletter editions, a dynamic, lightweight, relaxed material we use to talk about results, care and colleagues.

   Strategic Meetings: We bring the entire team to the headquarters in Curitiba-PR at least three times a year. The purpose is the face-to-face exchange of results, good practices, training of various subjects and get-togethers. As for leaders, the frequency of discussion is monthly.

   Mentoring: Everyone has the right to request mentoring from one of our directors. A space that goes beyond the PDP and suggests insights for their career in the company.

   Contractor’s guide:  We have developed support material that acts as a guide of conduct and expectations for our contractors. There we talk about professional attitude, values ​​and policies so that our philosophy is respected at any time.
